How Fettld protects your deposit
When you accept a quote, you pay a deposit to Fettld, not straight to the cleaner. Your money is held as a deposit by Fettld until you approve the work. It's released when you confirm the job is done, or automatically 7 days after the trade marks the stage complete if you don't raise a problem. Bigger jobs are split into stages, and if something goes wrong our Resolution Centre steps in.
Questions about cleaners
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
Usually every room top to bottom: kitchen appliances inside and out, bathrooms descaled, skirting, doors, switches and inside cupboards. Carpets and windows are often extra, so check the quote.
Do I need to be in during the clean?
Not always. Many customers arrange access and agree the details in the job chat. Keeping arrangements on Fettld means there's a record if you need it.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home, but a deep clean of a typical house is often a full day for one or two cleaners.
